Can mother claim share in property co owned by father after his death

My father, uncle and grandmother jointly own few property (industrial land) in Ghaziabad. I want to know what happens to my father's share if he dies unfortunately without a will. Would my mother be able to claim my father's share?

the share of your father in the joint property would devolve upon his surviving heirs. Not only your mother but also you and your other siblings would be able to claim your father's share over the property in case he dies without a will.
