The minor's shares will have to be accounted for by their mother. She will have to sign on their behalf. Enter into a family arrangement where each person gets their equivalent share of the proceeds. If the minors and their mother refuse to give away their share, then you will have to file a suit for partition of the property. Then you may dispose of your share as you deem fit. However, without the mother's consent, the share of the minors in the property cannot be relinquished. Feel free to get in touch with the LawRato team at 9599-000-555 for further assistance.
