Can Managing committee be instated after being dissolved in AGM

In a special general meeting chairman dissolves managing committee; after 2-3 weeks can managing Committee be resurrected in a AGM?
Managing Committee can be formed by following due process of law. You need to conduct elections by giving notice to Election officer under new bye-laws, For detail guidance you can contact me by taking appointment

Dear Sir, your question is not clear, which managing committee and AGM, Society or company. In both the cases we have to see the articles and memorandum. Generally after dissolution of the existing MC, new one would be formed immediately.
