Can i(Schedule Caste person) sale my property to General Caste person?

I belongs to Schedule Caste category. I hv small residential land. How can i sale my property to other (General Caste) person. And which documents required for this purpose.
Yes unless it’s come under Buksha land.
Only Buksha land it not to be sold to other person. You can sell your property to any person irrelevant of cast nd category.
Buksha land have some limitations for transfer.
