Hi
That house is your parental house. Now you are co owner of the house. You can not sell that house directely.
Just try to understand the following situation and need a release deed or power of attorny from all legal beneficiaries or legal seccessors. Grand father or grand mother has been passes away then their three children your father first uncle and second uncle are equal benificiories in 1/3 each now if your father also passes away then legal right for the property would be 1/6 for you and 1/6 for your mother. Means you can only sell 1/6 of total property if you dose not have any other brother or sister. If you still want to sell that house you have a release deed in favour of you from all live legal successors or a power of attorny from all these.

If you want to sell out ur grandmothers property then first you need signature of all members whose have share legly in this property.. I think first you need signature of ur uncle or Granduncle.. U sell only ur father's share without any signature if u r only child of ur father..
