Can i recover my money by selling agent's flat

I agert fraud me cost rs.70000 and now he is escape but a flat is availabe in other arean can i file a case to sell his flat to recover our money.
Yes, you can provided you have to file a title suit alongwith injunction prohibiting the agent to sell his flat till your dues alongwith interest are cleared. In the alternate you can also proceed for attachement before judgment and after the sale of the flat( through court order).
