Can i name property on my wife name through will

Is will greater than Nominee5. My flat has nominee of brother. I want to make a will on my wife and . Is it possible.
This is my response to you:
1. No nominee is not of greater value than a Will;
2. Nomination is just at the society level;
3. If you make a Will and register the same it has more evidentiary value than anything else;
4. It is not compulsory to register a Will though if it is registered and sealed then no one can raise doubts over the authenticity of it;
5. But at the same time of making a Will, add your wife's name as a nominee (so that your brother does not file claim);
6. Even if your brother files claim, he has no merits.
