Can I go for RERA while prayed for arbitration

I have purchased a flat from builder but he didnt gave me on time. On nov 2017 my lawyer prayed for arbitation but I dont want to go for arbitation want to file case under rera. Is it possible to cancel the arbitation prayer? Or can I go for rera while I have prayed for arbitation
Yes you can go to RERA as your case squarely falling under ambit of RERA. Just One thing you have to do is to withdraw the arbitration petition and file a complaint in RERA. Rest things can only be suggested to you after seeing your case in detail.
