Can I get compensation for the lands taken over by forest

Can I get compensation to the lands taken over by forest and revenue dept, after converting inam land to raithawari patta after abolition of inam land under 1963 inam abolition act. I don't know to what extent land taken over or what is 1/5th of my late father's taken over extent.
Yes you are entitled to get compensation for the lands taken over by forest and revenue dept. The govt. The govt. Has fixed norms for compensation and is told to the concerned person regarding the compensation which is awarded.
