My grandfather has died.can I get share in his property??I have 3 more brothers.my grandfather has not left any will.but my father and brothers are not allowing my share
Your grand father's property will devolve your grand mother , your father and your father's 4 sisters.
Whatever your father gets as his share, you will be eligible for a share from that property.
from your grand mom's share, again your father and his sisters will be eligible to stake a claim.
you will get a share of your father's properties only.
