I got notice from a advocate on behalf of my brother. It mention registration of property in 2007. But in actual registration took place in 2016. Can I file a case against advocate n my brother. N how to do it. Can I go against advocate using legal
Kindly re-frame your query and elaborate the facts properly. I assume that you have receive a notice from the Advocate of your brother with some false allegation against you. If the allegation in the said notice is false then kindly write a reply letter to the lawyer. You can engage a lawyer to write a reply to the said notice. You cannot file a case against your brother's Advocate, but you can file a counter claim or a case against your bother. Kindly reply to the said notice soon.
