CAN I FILE A CASE AGAINST MY GRAND FATHER, TO GIVE MY SHARING PROPERTY
For civil matter you need to have explain the other circumstances too, such as the present status of division of your parental property if any ? no of othermembers and the basic cause of action? posession of the property in whose name ? to give the proper response
Yes, you can file a case for your share against your grandfather.
But the property should be an ancestral property, not his self acquired property.
If he himself has got a share from an ancestral property on partition, then the share he got will become his self acquired property. And he will have unrestricted rights to dispose of the share/property according to his will. You cannot file any case for any share from this property.
