Can i file a case against dtcp for issue of approval for fake document

CAN I FILE A CASE AGAINST DTCP FOR ISSUE OF APPROVAL FOR FAKE DOCUMENT. it is possible to recover a land which is saled by fake doument and approved by dtcp?
DTCP is not responsible for verifying the genuineness of the title documents produced before it seeking approval.
If the party producing the document before DTCP has produced the fabricated document, then it is the party who can be held liable for such forged act under criminal laws.
The recovery of landed property sold with the help of fabricated document can be retrieved by due process of law for that the relevant papers are to be seen to render proper advise as well as suggestions for proceeding further on the matter.
