Can i claim share in my maternal grandparents property

my maternal grandfather expired on jan 2010 ; he had 6 daughters and one son at the time of death. after his death my mother passed away . my mother expired on sept 2010 and we are her two sons and one daughter . And my father expired on april 2014. My question is whether we three are legal heirs of our maternal grandfather itc company shares ?

Surely you can take legal action as it would be your right only if given in will n if any wrong done against you for which you would be liable to sue them.for any further action you can contact me and fix a meeting. For sure all assistance would be given to you.
