Can i claim share in mother's property after giving my share to sister

Sir, I had a love marriage in 1998,i am a maharshtrian married to a muslim and in the same year my mother committed suicide.the house in which we lived is at andheri and was in my mother's name.my younger sister and me had a pressure from my family for the property and I have written it off to my younger sister even though she was married at that time.it was in 2001,now can I claim for for my share in the same.she lives there now.please advice

In such as case you may claim the property again, however the need a strong proof that you had given the rights and your claim to your sister without free will.
