If the registration of the property is on your grandfather's name then you are not having any case . There can be only one way out if you can prove to the court that your grandfather purchased this flat by use of family wealth and property then there is a slight chance of you winning .

Advise:
if the flat is not your grandfather's self acquired property (meaning it is not purchased by grandfather out of his personal funds/salary) and is purchased by him out of other property of joint hindu undivided family or it is purchased from the funds of income from other ancestral property, then you can claim your right in the said flat by filing a suit for partition and share in thee court. you will get your share/equivalent money of the same. the court will grant you stay immediately restraining your grandfather from selling it to anyone or giving it to Bua. this way you can reside in it.

We do such type of cases. You may meet us with details and documents.
