Can i claim property share from brother in Agriculture land in his nam

My brother purchased 10 acres Agriculture Land in his name. But this land was purchased from the money earned from my father's business. They have a shop where my brother works with him from last 20 years but they don't allow me to interfere in their matter? We are 4-siblings in family? What should i do i feel always cheated?
This is my response to you:
1. If it is your father self acquired property then you have a claim on it after his death;
2. You can send a legal notice at the first instance;
3. Then you may directly file a suit for partition in the civil court
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
