Can I claim my father's property if I am son from his 2nd wife

Mere pita ki pahli patni se do putriyan main aur meri bahan hain.Putra ke liye unhone dusra vivah kiya aur unki dusri patni se do putra aur ek putri hai.Meri mata ji ka dehant hone ke baad meri sauteli maa aur pita ji mere aur meri bahan se durvyavhar karne lage .Main aur meri bahan dono vivahit hain.Kya mera aur meri bahan ka pita ji ke paitrik sampatti mein koi haq banata hai yadi haan to humein kya karna chahiye. Kripaya hamara margdarshan karein.

As per your query, if it is was your father's ancestral property then you will have a right in the property and you can claim your share in it. And if it is self acquired property and he dies intestate then you can ask for your share in the self acquired property as well.
