Can i claim my fathers property after my mother remarries

My father expired 1year ago my mother going marry other guy after marriage mother have right to claim my father property
This is my response to you:
1. Since your father died obtain succession certificate from court;
2. You must know that the Hon’ble Bombay High Court in a recent judgment has ruled that a widow, even after she has remarried, has the rights over her former husband's properties;
3. If she gives her NOC or relinquishes her share in the property then she has no claim over it;
4. After your father's demise all his legal heirs i.e. including you and your mother have share in the property.

If yes, then property will be distributed according to the WILL and if not that we will have to ascertain the other details and on the basis of that further guidance can be provided
