Can i claim for a land which is sold by my younger brother & elder son

Can i claim for a land which is sold by my younger brother and elder brother son (land inherited by son after elder brother death). Without mu knowledge and consent to a third party.The property document was made by them without my signature or consent with third party.The land is still not divided and on intervention by me, they are providing me a low value land instead of one they sold valued at market price.Can a land be sold to third party without proper partition among the brothers to third party.we have taken a stay.we are being threathed and construction work have already started.

Since you have undivided share in the property, other coowners could sell only their undivided respective shares. Construction can be done only after partition as each coowner has interest in entire property to the extent of his share. Offer of any other property is of no consequence.
