Can I claim directly for my father's property after his death

HI , MY QUESTION IS AFTER MY FATHERS DEATH IS I AM CLAIM DIRECTLY TO GET PROPRTY , BECAUSE WE R FOUR BROTHERS, ANF I M THE YOUNGEST OF FOUR,, SO ALL THREE GET MARRIED STILLI DID NT MARRIED YET,AGR OF 35ans...IS IM CALIM DIRECTLY IN PROPRTY LAND....

It depends on whether your father has written his will or not. In case he hasn't the brothers and other legal heirs, if any, would inherit equally. This is subject to your personal law applicable. Kindly contact for further detailed information and opinion
