Can I challenge Bakshish patra in court ?

My parents earned property is on my mother's name .My mother made bakshish patra in the name of my younger brother and didn't gave me anyshare because I was unable to live with my parents and take care of them and my jobless brother feed on my parents' earns and took care of them . I am class 1 officer at govt. I have posting in pune . my parents live in latur with my younger brother . my younger brother is 10th pass . he runs a general store and had two travellers which he sold last month . my parents say that they have gave all of their property to my younger brother because he is jobless . from 1989 i have been sending 20,000 each month to my parents till last month . my parents haven't spend any money on my education and living . I have educated myself on scholarship which i got from maharashtra state govt as an honour . Now , I think instead of send 20000 each month to my parents if i had invested them in mutual funds .please tell me can i challenge bakshish patra in court .

As you referred and as per the limited detail that you shared, the property was bought by your father with self earning and its on your mother name it is obviously not ancestral. It is not the one received from your Grandfather or great-grandfather, so your parents being the owner can decide whom to give or sell.
