In family land dispute, the relevant court had pass interim decree,. Andthe decree holder, applied for decree after sixteen years, hence the decree case was challenged on the ground of time limitation, also in support, gave one high court citation was submitted, yet the court allowed the darkhast, i recived the copy in octomber ow can i o chalenge the order in high court?

The order of darkhast can be challenged in High Court provided the order and the reasons mentioned therein are erroneous and absurd.
