Can HUF property be divided in its members on Dissolution Deed

Own 1 property in HUF which consist of father mother and two married daughters. Wish to remove the property from HUF ownership and wondering if should I dissolve the HUF altogether and divide amongst each co-parcener or alternatively should HUF enter into sale deed or gift deed with any one of the HUF member. Pl guide under the present stamp duty act of Mahahrashtra for Registration, can HUF divide to its members on Dissolution Deed on Rs.500 stamp paper as allowed to siblings? Which option should I adopt in order that I am not liable to pay regular Registration Stamp Duty of 5% on value?
