19-May-2023 (In Property Law)
have 2 queries please do help 1..I wanted to know whether a grandson can claim grandmothers property purchased from her brother.now that the mother aswell the grandmother passed away can a grandson claim grandmother property. 2.we r building a house leaving a passage for 3 feet towards the neighbors.should even the neighbors leave a passage the same side where we have left??? Thank you
The Grand Mothers dies instate her sons and daughters can claim equal share, if any of the son / daughter died their after the grand children can claim their father/mother share on the property.
Both are benefited by 6 feet paasage, mutually use the passage commonly and friendly, it is beneficial in many ways.
