Can grandson ask grandmother to leave the house belonging to father

Sir, A hinduwoman aged about 85 years was residing in her own house for the last 35 years constructed by her husband, she has four sons, her husband had passed away 12 years ago, who transferred his property in the name of his younger son having share for his parents. Elder three have been settled and living separate in other places. Unfortunately the younger son and daughter-in-law passed away in a tragedy leaving behind two sons. Now the grandson of the lady has shunted her out of the house, saying that she is not his liability. On the other side The grandmother doesn’t want to go

he can do so along with that he has the right to get the share rest the exact details about the dates and certain other things has to be confirmed and only after that he can get that share thus kindly provide details thank you
