Can grandchildren have right over the property given to their father

15-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)

My grandfather has four children. he gave deed settlement to my dad, the one of his self earned property 13 years back (2002). remaining two of his sons and a daughter agreed to it and signed the documents. Later my grandfather passed away in the year 2007.now my dad passed away recently in the year 2012. my question is my dad's brother's sons and daughters have become major. do they have any right to put case over this property?

The property transferred to your father by his father through a registered gift or settlement deed shall be his own property and only your father has absolute rights in it. Upon your father's intestate death the property devolve on all his legal heirs alone therefore your father's brothers sons & daughters do not have any right in the property neither your father's brothers or any other siblings.
You, your mother, your siblings are the only owners of the property now.
