18-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
My father purchased a property on PoA in 1989 in Delhi, the Agreement to Sell executed by the seller has my father name, the Will prepared by the seller also have my father name on it. The GPA (irrevocable) and SPA prepared by seller has my name on it. GPA says that I can sell, gift , pay taxes etc on behalf of seller. Since my father and the seller both died few years back, Can I now gift this property to my son and can this be registered on his name? if not, what is way out to get this property registered?
