Can gift deed be contested if made prior with consent
11-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My sister & brother-in-law do not have any issues. however, they want to write all of their properties in my child's name. Whether this should be done by way of will or gift deed? Will can be contested at the time of making probate and gift deed cannot be contested. What do you suggest?
normally gift deed is best in this situation . for them following route would be best -..... gift deed for the property they want to transfer now and will for the property they want to transfer after there lifetime .
