Can father give the inherited property to any son and depriving others

01-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Can a Hindu Father can give the inherited property to his one son or daughter in law. In my case, My grandfather has made a will where he has given 35% to one of his daughter in Law & other 35% to other. Rest is given to the 3 sons. So as per this my father would be just getting 10%. This way my uncles wants to take away all the property and giving us just Pea nut share. Its an ancestoral/inherited property. Kindly let me know the course of cation to get my Share as well as let me know if such will holds true.

Laws of succession entitles every legal heir to have a share in the ancentral/inherited property as prr the family tree , however the Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that the parents have every right to deny the share to the negligent children who simply do not take care of them in old age when they need their help the most, but are virtually left in the lurch.

However, in my opinion it would depend of the facts and circumstances of each case. You may have a case.
