Can elder brother claim my fathers property alone?

my father has baught a plot at his own but now because of some familiy despute his elder brother says that he will calim your plot. so can he claim any share in this plot by sharing a fake theory that he has some share in this plot which has no proof even now on this plot we have made construction also with my father and my share.
but for trubling us he is doing so?
If the property belongs to your father, then your uncle has not right to claim the said property
