Can deceased father's acquired house be transferred to mother ?

my father died in April,2005.i'm having two elder brothers.at th time of my fathers sudden death,our 1st elder brother is absconding,nothing happened at home still we are not getting why so,still we don't no where is he?no complaint was givn because of 2nd brothers behaviour towards me and my mother.2nd one got married on his own without concerned long ago.we including our father didn't accept them.after our fathers death, he came with wife,2 children,he is a technical graduate,he tortured me and mother a lot,with the help of neighbours we are alive.i'm married in 2006 .those all worst married me only to get money,case is going on.i'm having a boy my brother is big obsticle for me ,i'm with mother.once he necked us out of our house.we stayed for rent for 2 years.again they gone outside on job purpose.for these 10 years mother giving money,as they are blackmailing us sentimentally,now he had own 3str house,he applied all aadhars,banks with this addres,can it be transfered to mother?

No the said transfer can not be done in the name of your mother, as your brother has the right to claim his share on the said property. As he is a legal heir of your deceased of your father.
