Can daughter claim on property received by her mother

sir my wife mother is 2nd wife of his father.she born after his father death. his father made one "vyawasthapatra"of 2eker.agricluture land.in fovour ohf his mother.she cant sale and gift to other it is valid till death.my wife is only one doughter.(vyawasthapatra is registered and mention after his father it will goes to propper varas. 1st wife has 3 doughter married 2 son in land 7/12 (2.73 hector)all 7 persons name including my wife and her mother.sir who will owner of 2 eker after her mother 1st wife son not care and now she is 75 yers old.not working capicity.pl sujest.(hindu)
In case your mother has received the property then she will be the complete owner of the property and she can distribute the property or dispose-off the property in manner she wish to. In case of her death, if your mother has not left any will then the property will be distributed among all the legal heirs.
