If the document is registered in the name of you as kartha or head of HUF, certainly your daughter can claim share in the property as she is a coparcener. You said it purchased out of your self earned money, but if you try to prove it, another problem will arise. Indulged in fraud for tax evasion. So care full before

In respect of your self acquired property, your daughter cannot legally claim any share. If you have supporting documentary evidence, no one can snatch your rights. In all fairness, the court should decide in your favour.
