Can construction be done on the land under a stay order by court?

Dear sir nmskaar, i am so sad I need to build my home bt my uncle was put case eagainest with me in civil court as a suit land now all ready 3 year's gone bt still not vacate my stay order this land I am taking that land of my father as a satelmentdeed be are i Mean my father &2 uncle stay sayprate sayprate & my grandfather give this land before 25 year as a brbly & now my uncle son make a new home in his father land & my father also put case uncle son . I am taking my land by leagal bey & now juge give the permission for my uncle son start work & juge told me you do the work after partition .so juge how to give the permission of my uncle son because this all land have share holder. & I am taking some home loan is this land I have registered that land bt my uncle son no have any registered doc that land .
