In ancestral property every child has got right by birth no body can deny the same but why you have been waiting for such a period he has died in 2o11 and more then seven years have passed don't make any further delay. Always keep in your mind one thing for sure the courts are not a good place to go but if there is any infringement of your right then immediately go to court don't ever delay. Mostly people are playing games with each other including yourself sincerity has lost beetween the families. So if you need to go to court go immediately don't believe any person

Dear all children have equal right on property of their biological father, it doesn't matter how many legal or illegal wifies that person have. You being a child of that father can claim your share from that property.
