You did not mentioned whether the property is the self acquired property of your grandmother. If the property belongs to your grandmother as absolute then she can gift or sell to anybody during her life time and your uncle can not claim. If she gifted some portion of the property then your father can claim your proportionate share by filing a Partition Suit. Since your father died 2 years back, you can file the suit for your share in the said property.
