Can brother ask for partition again after registration of first one

dear sir iam hindu. here my query is we are two brothers to my father we have seperated 28 years back my father have given 5 acres of land to me and my brother equally which is in different places in my village.but now my brother is asking share in my land because the land rate is more for my land that why he is asking share and he want to divide the 10acres land of my father again after 28 years.my 5 acres are registered on my name and my brother 5 acres land is registered on his name.is my brother have right to divide my property after registration.. pls give a sugession how to procide
