Can anyone claim ownership in property which is register in my name

15-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
I got a property in my name which was left to me by my father which inherited from his father, ancestor land. After my father expired on 1983, i haven't visited the property till date but i have been paying all land taxes regularly by myself. But on the said property my aunt(elder sister of my father) is leaving from last 35 years and she expired on 2009, now the children of my aunt want share on the property. What should I do?

if the property is in your name and is your self acquired property then your aunt's children have no right over the property. in case the children files any case you can show the proof in regard to the property like title deed, house tax etc to prove that your the title owner of the property and they have no right over it
