If the property has been bought by the elder brother on his own then he will have the complete right to transfer or sell his property on his own. If the elder brother dies without a Will then the rights of the property will be transferred to his wife and the children. but in case of being unmarried the rights of the property will be transferred to the father and mother of the brother. If the parents are also dead then the rights of the property will be given to brothers and sisters.
