If Grandfather had some farmland which after his and his wife's demise,their sons and daughters partitioned among themselves and made a legal deal of it.Now can son gift this farmland to his sons and daughters as per his consent.
Yes a blood relation can gift his movable and immovable property in blood relation. Like a father can gift his property to his son and daughter. A brother can gift to his brother or sister. A grand father can gift to his grandson or great grandson.
