Can a society go in for redevelopment when court case is still pending

05-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
My society wants to get into redevelopment before getting their name in property card. There is some court cases pending on the land. Comittee members are showing undue haste and want to finalize the builder. They have stitched 75% member to go ahead with a developer. I and a small minority dont want to go ahead till land demarcation is done. Can they forcibly finalize the builder and get us evicted due to 75% majority rule.? Here " There is pending cases on said land and land is not demarcated. We are afraid we dont get into a legal problems after the building is broken down. "

unless and until the matter is sub judice and a clear detail about the matter is not stated, advising would not be possible. provide complete details about the litigation. hence provide complete details
