Can a registered P.O.A. be challenged

I hv taken a11000 Sqft property in lonavla the seller has given me notarised sale deed and affidavit and registered P.O.A. for which i hv paid stamp duty i hv pd him 50000 By chq and 400000 By cash can he oppose me by asking more money as he has written in all papers that deal is finalsed for 50000 And i hv received full money 2 Local witness r there in notarised papers and registered P.O.A. pl advise can he file any case against me for any reason

No he can not do the same as the said sale deed and P.O.A. has been duly registered and the sale of the said property has already taken place also, all requisites of the sale regarding the property and the amount which was to be paid and has been paid is also made clear, you're free to go as the builder can not claim or demand any more money from you and if he does the same you can file a complaint in the consumer forum claiming compensation for the same.
