Can a property be registered with a suit pending on it

03-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
I have sold the land property to a buyer in 2015 and made a sale agreement which is not registered. Accordingly, he has paid half of the amount and due date to pay the pending amount is over. He was giving small amounts multiple times in these years and forced me to register the property. I cleared said him that, clear the pending money and ill register property to you. In the meantime, in Feb 2018, a suit has been filed( seeking to grant temporary injection) by brother's son on my property which was my share in registered partition deed made within my brothers and sisters in 2005. The suit is still in the summons stage. Now, the buyer states that he is ready to clear the pending amount and asking me to register the property. Can I register the property with the buyer? Legally?

Is there any allowed Interlocutory Application barring you to create third party rights? You can go ahead with the registration if there is no such direction. You can call me for detailed discussion.
