Can a gift deed be challenged in the higher court

If a gift deed cancellation case is filed in the court by the parents against the daughter and simultaneously a case has been filed in the DM office by the mother and gift deed has been cancelled by the DM,in this condition can the case be apealed in the high court by the donee(daughter).Can the decision go against the mother again.

Yes it can be challenged in the high court. This is a appeal able order of which appeal can lie in the high court. For more details on this I have to go through the order of DM in this regard. Thank you.

Yes, it is appealable but not directly in the high court. You have to make first appeal before the appropriate authority. If that also decided against you then you can file second appeal in high court.
