can a fresh partition suit after final decree is abated

T.S.No.596.1983 (Partition suit) by 2nd wife/widow against D.1 (S/O 1st wife) and D.2 (S/O 2nd wife) preliminarily decreed on 25.07.1987.During Final Decree D.1 died on 03.03.1988, Plaintiff died on 18.12.1996 & D.2 died on 30.04.2017. No Substition of L.Rs of either perty. Final Decree was abated as per Judgment dt. 09.02.2024 of Justice A.C.Behera (O.H.C,Cuttack) It is hopelessly time barred. Can a fresh suit for partition be reopened/filed by any of Successor of D.1 or D.2 ?
