Can a daughter claim share in property from brother after giving NOC

Can we claim property from brother after giving NOC As my brother is constructing the house by giving to the builder. The property has also have legal issue and it has no sales deed. We are hindu.
This is my response to you:
1. Once you have given the NOC then it is difficult;
2. You can challenge the NOC by sending him a legal notice that the NOC was obtained due to fraud;
3. You will also be required to file a complaint to the police station;
4. If your brother does give it to the builder and the builder begins to work upon the land then you have no other option than to file a suit in the civil court.
