12-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi my question is how a Hindu married daughter claim on her mother's property if the property was not partitioned and was wholely enjoying by one person, and the property was ancestral was came from her grand father to her mother and she is the only daughter to his grandfather
In case of the death of the your mother without a will, all the legal heirs of your mother will have equal share in property that was self-acquired by your mother including you. You can file a suit for partition and claim for your share.
