Built house on father's property - Who will be the owner

On father property if son made a house with his own money and after father death the son will get the house or not or it will get distributed in 5 partition.(3 son and 2 daughter)
In absence of any agreement (for constructing the house) between the family members, the son cannot claim the house. The property will be equally distributed among the heirs. If the son can prove the spending (on construction of house), he can claim a fair portion through court of law. But, in family partition cases, the onus of proving such claim is very cumbersome.
