Builder Not Paying EMI for Buy Back scheme

Two home loan was taken on my profile in Greater Noida for a famous Project ,Where builder has to pay EMIs till possession Now all flats are in ready state . Now builder is not paying the EMIs and not responding as well so not sure about next step, Please advice what can be done. How can I get rid from this . Appreciate your advice. Thanks

Which Builder is this? As per rule and rera several orders, they need to pay pre emi till the offer. If not, you may ask for refund with interest or delayed interest with costs

Under subvention scheme builder is liable to pay pre emi interest till possession or otherwise as incorporated in the agreement. If the builder is not complying the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement then you can file a complaint before RERA.
